Regional Massage

Regional Massage services are provided to both patients and the community – including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and Hot Stone Therapy. We offer 5-, 10- and 15-minute chair sessions; as well as 30-, 60- and 90-minute table sessions. Appointments are available with both male and female therapists, and we work around your schedule to find a time convenient for you.

Benefits of massage therapy can include releasing muscular tension, improving circulation, increasing joint flexibility, reducing stress, promotes faster healing of injured muscular tissue and reducing blood pressure. Massage and bodywork is also known to promote better sleep, improve concentration, reduce anxiety and create an overall sense of well-being.
