Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Please call 864-560-6419 for an appointment. All patients are required to have a primary care physician. If being seen for education classes only, patients must be referred by a primary care provider. Please ask your doctor for a referral.

Carolinas Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology is part of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, located in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
The Center for Family Medicine, a member of the Spartanburg Regional Physician Group, is the clinical practice setting for the Family Medicine Residency Program of Spartanburg Regional, a program designed to train physicians in the specialty of family medicine. We provide care for the entire family, from newborns to adults.
