Make an Appointment

Patients are seen by appointment at 864-560-6193. Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Our office staff will schedule an appointment for you with one of our resident physicians. When needed, a faculty physician will review your case with both you and your resident physician. This gives you the advantage of seeing a team of physicians, not just one.

After Hours Assistance

Phone calls after hours made to 864-560-6193 are answered by Regional Call Center Services. A registered nurse is available to answer your health-related questions.

The Center for Family Medicine is a member of the Spartanburg Regional Physician Group and the clinical practice setting for the Family Medicine Residency Program of Spartanburg Regional, a program designed to train physicians in the specialty of family medicine.
