About The Center for Family Medicine at Chesnee

The Center for Family Medicine at Chesnee is the rural based clinical practice setting for the family medicine residency program of Spartanburg Regional, a program designed to train physicians in the specialty of family medicine. We provide care for the entire family, from children to adults.

Our practice is a member of the Spartanburg Regional Physician Group, a large multi-specialty physician group serving the Upstate of South Carolina.
