To schedule an appointment with Forest City Family Medicine, please call 828-245-6400 extension 2. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments may be scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Please note that while our office may be open early for patient visits, our phones may be covered by our answering service before 8 a.m. and after 4:30 p.m. Our office is closed on holidays.
