Make an Appointment
Whether referred by your physician or self-referred, please call 864-582-2115 to make an appointment. Office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesdays and Fridays are reserved for surgery.
For cancellations, please notify us 24 hours in advance so that another patient may use this appointment time.
If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment and, if possible, please bring your medical records. Also, please bring a list of your current medications, insurance coverage and identification. We use electronic medical record (EMR), so your photo will be taken for your chart.
