David A. Holt, M.D.

Rheumatology Services
Dr. Holt received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his residency at Baptist Medical Center in Alabama. Dr. Holt completed his fellowship at Wake Forest Medical University. His special interests include musculoskeletal disorders with a focus on rheumatoid arthritis evaluation and treatment, as well as gout. Dr. Holt is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Rheumatology.
E. Joseph Walton, Jr., M.D.

Endocrinology Services
Dr. Walton received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina. He completed residencies at Vanderbilt University Hospital and UNC School of Medicine. He completed fellowships the National Heart and Lung Institute at the National Institute of Health and UNC. Dr. Walton is board certified in internal medicine and endocrinology and primarily treats patients with diabetes or thyroid dysfunction.
Nkechi Emejuaiwe, M.D.

Rheumatology Services
Dr. Emejuaiwe received her medical degree from 1st University Faculty Charles University. She completed her internship and residency at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore. She completed her fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Emejuaiwe speaks three languages—English, Ibo and Czech. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Rheumatology.
