Services

Gynecologic oncologists are specially trained to care for women with gynecologic cancers such as cervical, endometrial, uterine or ovarian cancer. Women with pre- cancerous conditions are also sometimes referred to gynecologic oncology, as well as women requiring complex surgery.

 

Regional GYN Oncology is part of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, located in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Robotic, gynecologic, board-certified surgeons, David Griffin, M.D. Ph.D. and James Hunter, M.D., recently joined Spartanburg Regional's Gibbs Cancer Center and also see patients at several other locations in the Upstate. Dr. Hunter meets with patients at the Village Center for Women, located in the Medical Office Building at Village at Pelham and also at Bon Secours St. Francis Health System. Dr. Griffin is available at St. Francis and in Anderson.
