Insurance and Billing

We request payment of all office visits at the time of service. Co-pays are required for all insured patients. If you have questions concerning fees, our office or Physicians Billing Service at 864-560-4304 or 877-596-2455 will be glad to assist you.

We are participating providers for most medical insurance plans. Because there is a wide variety of insurance options, please contact your insurance company directly or one of our patient-access representatives to ensure that our practice is a provider for your plan. Please remember to bring your insurance card.

 

Regional Spine and Pain Management is part of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, located in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
We have a second location in the Village at Pelham Medical Office Building. New patients are seen by referral. Regional Spine and Pain Management's specialties and services offered: joint or muscle injections/epidural steroid injections, Botox injections for muscle pain and spasticity, therapeutic exercise, braces or artificial limbs, and nerve conduction studies (NCS/EMG).
