The Experience

A visit to your doctor doesn’t have to be a dreaded experience. When we created Village Family Medicine, we listened to patients and designed our practice to make coming to see us as stress-free and relaxing as possible.

We adapted concepts from the worlds of business, entertainment, architecture and manufacturing in designing this new healthcare experience. We spent more than a year working with leading researchers in health care to design a practice that blends technology, architecture and efficiency, while continuing our core value of patient-centered care.

Patients are welcomed to Village Family Medicine by greeters in our spa-inspired concourse. They are escorted to an assessment room, a multi-purpose room that is clinical, yet comfortable and inviting.

Everything from registration to interaction with our doctors is done in the privacy of this room. Large, flat-screen monitors are present for patient education and can be used by the physician to communicate information such as recent lab work or other test results. Before leaving this room, we will complete your visit by assisting you in making your next appointment at a time convenient for you.

If a procedure or more comprehensive physical exam is needed, standard, traditional examination rooms are available for use. Additionally digital x-ray and on-site lab services are available if needed.
