Insurance and Billing

We request payment of all office visits at the time of service. Co-pays are required for all insured patients. If you have questions concerning fees, our office or Physicians Billing Service (864-560-4304 or 877-596-2455) will be glad to assist you.

We are participating providers for most medical insurance plans. Because there are a wide variety of insurance options, please contact either your insurance company directly or one of our patient-access representatives to ensure that our practice is a provider for your plan. Please remember to bring your insurance card.

Westside Minor Care is a convenient way for patients to be seen after normal business hours when their primary care physician’s office is closed. Westside Minor Care is equipped to handle: Cough, cold or sore throat, earaches, flu symptoms, mild asthma or allergies, cuts, bumps or scrapes, sinus infections, sports physicals, stomachaches, diarrhea or vomiting, broken bones, and twisted or sprained ankles.
