2-3:30 p.m.
Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home
Advance Care Planning is a comprehensive approach to priority setting for anyone who may develop a serious illness. It involves conversations between families, friends and healthcare providers about our values, goals, hopes and wishes, as well as a means to document those conversations.
In honor of National Healthcare Decisions Day, speaker Wes Collins, M.A., advance care planner with Spartanburg Regional, will provide practical help with completing your important healthcare documents and suggestions for these conversations. Collins will present the importance of making end of life care decisions.
Registration is preferred for this free event, but not required. Call 560-7999 for more information.
