Do I need an appointment for my massage?

Yes, all massage therapy services need to be scheduled prior to your arrival. If you have a preference for a day or time, about a week in advance is recommended, especially on busier days around the weekend and holidays. Because life’s stress and pain don’t keep a predictable schedule, there are on occasion same-day or next-day appointments open - simply give us a call and we will let you know what is available.

When should I arrive for my massage?

It is suggested that you arrive no more than five minutes before your scheduled treatment, as you will have plenty of time to update your health history.

What if I arrive late for my appointment?

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment and your massage will end at the scheduled time, so as not to inconvenience the next client. You will be responsible for payment for your entire reserved session.

What if I need to change or cancel my massage?

Please be respectful that a great amount of energy and preparation goes into each massage session and that several other people may have requested the time reserved for you. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid cancellation fees. If less notice is given, half of your scheduled fee will be billed to you unless your reserved time can be rescheduled with a different client. If something does come up, please consider sending a friend or loved one in your place so that they may enjoy the benefits of massage therapy.
