Keeping Mind Body Connections: Healthy Vibrations, Why Music is Good for Us

Join us for an exploration of music as a healing tool. This lecture-demonstration will examine current knowledge about music as a medium to address the psychosocial issues related to illness and daily life stressors. Join us to explore some ways to make music a part of your self-care.
The presenter, Carol Shultis, PhD, MT-BC is a board certified music therapist with 30 years’ experience working in health care.
The "Keeping Mind Body Connections" series are free of charge to Center for Health & Healing MBSG graduates, and $5 at the door for all others. Reservations are required by Wednesday, November 28; we'll meet in the Gibbs Cancer Center Auditorium.
