The Mind-Body Skills Group is an eight-week program to learn the scientific basis for mind-body medicine, while experiencing the power of the small-group approach modeled after the Center for Mind-Body Medicine. Participants learn to use a range of the most effective tools for self-care and stress management, including:
• Meditation
• Guided imagery
• Biofeedback and autogenic training
• Breathing, movement and mindful eating
• Self-expression through words and drawings

• Heightened sense of well-being and engagement in life
• Better coping skills
• Less pain and fatigue
• More energy
