Keeping Mind Body Connections: Qigong with Simon Cairns, L.Ac.
Wednesday, March 20th
4:30 - 6:00 p.m.
Gibbs Auditorium
According to Chinese medical theory, health means a full and flowing supply of qi (energy). Stress, worry, and poor health habits waste qi. The practice of Qigong can fully "charge" the body, increasing the reservoir of healing energy for greater vitality and an improved ability to fight off disease and infection. Fun and easy to learn, it empowers us to be self-reliant and responsible for our own health. Join us to learn and experience a taste of Qigong!
“Keeping Mind Body Connections” series are free of charge to Center for Health & Healing MBSG graduates and Regional employees and $5 at the door for others interested in empowering self-care. Reservations are required by Wednesday, January 30; we will meet in Gibbs Auditorium in the Cancer Center.
