From Greenville on I-85 North, take exit 69 onto Business I-85 North. Take Exit 5-A (I-585/ Pine St.) toward downtown Spartanburg. Go 1.5 miles, take Exit 25 (Hwy. 221/Church St.) and turn right. At the traffic light, merge left onto N. Church St. At the next traffic light, turn left onto E. Wood St. Spartanburg Regional will be on your right. 

From Charlotte
From Charlotte on I-85 South, take Exit 77 onto Business I-85 South. Take Exit 5-A (I-585/Pine St.) toward downtown. Take Exit 25 (Hwy. 221/Church St.) and turn right. At the traffic light, merge left onto N. Church St. At the next traffic light, turn left onto E. Wood St. Spartanburg Regional will be on your right.

From Columbia
From Columbia on I-26 West, take Exit 28 (Hwy. 221/Spartanburg/Moore) and bear right at the bottom of the exit ramp. Follow Hwy. 221 about 10 miles through downtown Spartanburg and merge right to stay on Hwy 221/Church St. After merging, turn right at the fourth traffic light onto E. Wood St. Spartanburg Regional will be on your right.

From Asheville
From Asheville on I-26 East, take Exit 19 onto Business I-85 North toward Spartanburg. Take Exit 5-A (I-585/Pine St.) toward downtown. Take Exit 25 (Hwy. 221/Church St.) and turn right. At the traffic light, merge left onto N. Church St. At the next traffic light, turn left onto E. Wood St. Spartanburg Regional will be on your right.
