Family Medicine Program Background

Established in 1970, the Spartanburg Regional Family Residency Program was the fifth such family medicine residency program to be accredited in the nation. Almost 400 resident graduates later, it boasts a 93 percent first-time board-pass rate. The graduates practice throughout the United States and Canada and consequently, the program attracts applicants from these diverse areas.
