This five-week class series teaches use of various comfort measures for childbirth- deep relaxation, slow breathing patterns and self-guided release of endorphins (the body's natural relaxants), which enables mother to enjoy an unmedicated, safe and gentle birthing for her baby. Best for mom & support person to attend together and practice information learned each week. This class enhances information learned in prepared childbirth class. Book and CD distributed at class.
Fee: $80.00 to be paid at first class.
