Do you appreciate the regularity of a weekly class that will allow you time to think of questions? Are you so excited about the new baby that you want to learn about everything?

This class helps women understand the process of labor and delivery, signs of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, cesarean birth, a tour of the labor and delivery rooms, and a film of actual deliveries.

You should attend this class after your sixth month of pregnancy and wear comfortable clothes. You will be informed by your instructor when to bring pillows/blanket to class.
