The Mind-Body Skills Groups is an eight-week program to learn the scientific basis for mind-body medicine, while experiencing the power of the small-group approach modeled after the Center for Mind-Body Medicine. Participants learn to use a range of the most effective tools for self-care and stress management, including:&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Meditation &lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Guided imagery &lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Biofeedback and autogenic training &lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Breathing, movement and mindful eating &lt;br&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;Self-expression through words and drawings &lt;br&gt;

How can this program help me handle stress and illness?&lt;br&gt;
