Restorative Care Skilled Nursing unitThe Skilled Nursing Unit at the Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care is a licensed 25-bed, skilled nursing facility, designed to meet the needs of patients who have had an in-patient hospital stay and require short-term, skilled nursing and/or skilled rehabilitation services. Providing skilled care since 2006, the Skilled Nursing Unit combines a positive, caring environment with an innovative and effective rehabilitation program to help patients reach their maximum level of recovery to return home.

  • Amputations
  • Cancer
  • Respiratory failure
  • Heart failure
  • Uncontrolled diabetes
  • Stroke
