Infant’s cord blood is collected at birth in a tall pink EDTA tube, well mixed, and labeled with the mother’s chart label and a green Cord Blood Label with the Collection Date/Time/Collector’s ID and Gender of the Infant.  See Additional Information Below which must be included with the computer order.
