We invite you to come join Food For Life Instructor, Terri Edwards, and learn how to add more plant based foods to your diet. This 4 week class will cover:
- An Introduction to How Foods Fight Cancer
- Fueling Up on Low-Fat, High-Fiber Foods
- Discovering Dairy Alternatives
- Cancer Fighting Compounds & Healthy Weight
The class tuition of $100.00 is being paid by our generous community donors and commitment to all four classes is required.
