The American College of Lifestyle Medicine emphasizes physical activity as a pillar of health. This month we welcome guest Hannah Baer, with a background in both exercise science and nutrition, to discuss the ins and outs of physical activity and bone health from a plant-based perspective.

This is an open group intended to support, encourage, and educate. Recipes shared will adhere to the WFPBN guidelines meaning oil-free, minimal added sugar, and minimal salt.
