Biography
Dr. Kobes received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He completed his residency and fellowship at San Antonio Uniformed Service Health Education Consortium. Dr. Kobes is board certified in gastroenterology. He is a native of Rhode Island.
