Spartanburg Regional understands that clear communication is essential to providing quality health care. That is why we offer in-person, over-the-phone and video remote interpreting services to patients and their families 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our professional medical interpreters have a vast knowledge of different cultures and medical terminology. Patients and families in need of language assistance should request an interpreter when they schedule their medical visit.

Services include:

• Medical interpretation provided 24 hours a day seven days a week
• Onsite medical interpreters available for American Sign Language, Russian- and Spanish-speaking patients
• Video remote interpreting (VRI) and over-the-phone interpreting services available for additional languages
• Multilingual signage informs guests, patients and visitors of the availability of our complimentary language assistance services
