MyChart Patient Portal

MyChart Proxy Access

What is proxy access?

Proxy access allows you to use the MyChart patient portal on behalf of another person. Common examples of when proxy access is beneficial include using MyChart for a dependent child, aging parent or spouse.

In order to request proxy access, you must have a MyChart account. If you are a current patient of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System or its physician practices or locations, please activate your MyChart account prior to requesting proxy access.

If you are not a patient of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System or any of its physician practices or locations, you must request a MyChart account in addition to requesting proxy access.

You can request proxy access by filling out the appropriate form(s) and returning it to the appropriate physician office.

If you have additional questions about proxy access, call MyChart Customer Service at 1-888-84-Chart.
