Biography

Dr. Christie Mina is a physician who recently joined the Spine Program at Pelham Medical Center. Dr. Mina's interest in neurosurgery began when she was in college, and she fell in love with it after shadowing a local neurosurgeon. She believes that caring is the most important aspect of treating patients and that good communication is essential. Dr. Mina is a board-certified neurological surgeon who performs spinal surgeries with a focus on minimally invasive techniques. She enjoys the diversity of procedures and approaches that the spine offers. Dr. Mina has a loyal patient base, with some families having multiple members who have received treatment from her. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and reading science fiction novels.
