Online Check-In
There are currently no available times for online scheduling, but you are still welcome to walk in at any of our Immediate Care Center facilities within their normal business hours. You will be seen based on current wait times and severity of condition. If someone comes in after you with a more serious ailment, it is possible that they may be seen before you.
Spartanburg Regional’s Immediate Care Centers has implemented an easy-to-use “reservation” system that gives you a better waiting experience. The reservation system is not an exact or guaranteed time like a standard appointment, as emergencies can often shift the order of patients seen. However, it allows us to see patients more efficiently and minimize your time spent waiting in communal areas and exposure to other patients.
