Our Senior Health team provides patients with compassionate, quality care during onsite visits at assisted living, rehab, and long term care facilities. Our providers are specialists in providing for the medical needs and treatment of the senior population.

The Medical Group of the Carolinas Senior Health division does not have an outpatient clinic, but treats patients exclusively onsite at senior care facilities.
