Biography
Dr. MacDonell specializes in the treatment of conditions affecting the lower extremities to restore function by applying both non-operative and operative techniques. He is a graduate of Medical College of Georgia, in Augusta, Georgia and completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of South Alabama, Mobile, Alabama. He completed his fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. MacDonell is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
