Carol Kooistra, MD

Biography

Dr. Kooistra received her medical degree from University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed her internship at Waterbury Hospital GME in Internal Medicine, followed by a residency at Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute in Neurology. Dr. Kooistra also completed a fellowship at Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute in Neurology. She is board certified in Neurology.
