Biography
Dr. Fogarty received his medical degree from Univ of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed his internship at Strong Memorial Hospital in Internal Medicine, followed by a residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Internal Medicine. Dr. Fogarty also completed a second residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Internal Medicine followed by a fellowship at University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Pulmonary Medicine.
