Phil Humphrey, PharmD, BCPS

System Director of Pharmacy

Phil graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in 2000 and a PharmD in 2004. Phil completed a PGY1 residency and a PGY2 residency in surgical critical care and trauma at Clarian Health Partners in 2005 and 2006, respectively. Phil started at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in 2006 as a Critical Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist and has been the system Director of Pharmacy Services since 2015.

Kristen Turner, PharmD, BCPS, BCPPS

Kristen graduated from the University of Florida with a PharmD in 2005. Kristen completed a PGY1 residency and a PGY2 residency in pediatrics at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2006 and 2007, respectively. Kristen started at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in 2008 as a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacy Specialist and has been the PGY1 Residency Program Director and pharmacy manager since 2016 and 2020, respectively.

Sarah Frye, PharmD, BCCCP

PGY2 Critical Care Residency Program Director, Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Surgical/Trauma Critical Care

Sarah graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center with a PharmD in 2014. Sarah completed a PGY1 residency and a PGY2 residency in critical care at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in 2015 and 2016, respectively. Sarah started at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in 2019 and has been the PGY2 Critical Care Residency Program Director since 2020.

Jordan Dunning, PharmD

Jordan graduated from the South University School of Pharmacy with a PharmD in 2015. Jordan started at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in 2012 and has been a pharmacy manager since 2021.

Tiffany Lancaster, RPh

Pharmacy Manager

Tiffany graduated from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy with a B.S. in pharmacy in 1997. Tiffany has served as the pharmacy manager for Union Medical Center since 2004 and has been a pharmacy manager at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System since 2015.

Ginger graduated from the South Carolina College of Pharmacy-University of South Carolina Campus with a PharmD in 2012. Ginger completed a PGY1 residency at Spartanburg Medical Center in 2013 and has been a pharmacy manager since 2016.

Brian graduated from North Dakota State University with a B.S. in pharmacy in 1983. Brian completed a PGY1 residency at Spartanburg General Hospital in 1984 and has been a pharmacy manager since 1990.

Tonia graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy with a B.S. in pharmacy in 1992. Tonia served as the pharmacy manager for Cherokee Medical Center since 2000 and has been a pharmacy manager at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System since 2019.

Tim graduated from the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy with a PharmD in 2019. Tim completed a PGY1 residency and a PGY2 residency in internal medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital in 2020 and 2021, respectively. Tim started at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in 2022.
