Application Timelines for RN Graduates

When and how to start your RN career at Spartanburg Regional

 

Thank you for choosing Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System as a future clinical location and potential employer!

The Employment and Recruitment team will review your information and refer your application to nursing leaders for employment consideration. You must complete a New Graduate RN Job Application and the New Grad RN Applicant Information Survey.

Timeline for Summer 2022 New Graduate RNs

  • March 13, 2022 - April 30, 2022
       Complete these two steps by April 30 to apply:
    1. View our New Graduate RN positions and complete an application. 
      *Be sure to scroll to view ALL available positions
      Complete Your Application
       
    2. Once your application is complete, you will receive a New Grad RN Applicant Information Survey.
      *Information from the survey may also be used for correct senior practicum placement (with local nursing schools)
     
  • Early May - July 2022
    • Completed new graduate RN applications are shared with unit/department hiring managers for review.
    • Selected applicants are scheduled for interviews.
    • Offers are extended by Human Resources/Employment and Recruitment.
     
  • August - November 2022
    • New graduate RNs begin orientation.

Timeline for Fall/Winter 2022 New Graduate RNs

  • July 17, 2022 - August 27, 2022
       Complete these two steps by August 27 to apply:
    1. View our New Graduate RN positions and complete an application. 
      *Be sure to scroll to view ALL available positions
      Complete Your Application
       
    2. Once your application is complete, you will receive a New Grad RN Applicant Information Survey.
      *Information from the survey may also be used for correct senior practicum placement (with local nursing schools)
     
  • September - October 2022
    • Completed new graduate RN applications are shared with unit/department hiring managers for review.
    • Selected applicants are scheduled for interviews.

  • December 2022 - March 2023
    • New graduate RNs begin orientation.
