When and how to start your RN career at Spartanburg Regional

The Employment and Recruitment team will review your information and refer your application to nursing leaders for employment consideration. You must complete a New Graduate RN Job Application and the New Grad RN Applicant Information Survey.

- Up to $5,000 Relocation Assistance
- $5,000 Taxable Sign-On Bonus, $7,500 for Med Surg Positions Only

Application Timeline: Start applying November 13, 2023
Complete these two steps to apply:
- View our New Graduate RN positions and complete an application.
Be sure to scroll to view ALL available positions.
Submit application here
- Once your application is complete, you will receive a New Grad RN Applicant Information Survey.
Information from the survey may also be used for correct senior practicum placement (with local nursing schools).
What to Expect:
- Mid-January - April 2024
- Completed new graduate RN applications are shared with unit/department hiring managers for review.
- Selected applicants are scheduled for interviews.
- Offers are extended by Human Resources/Employment and Recruitment.
- June - October 2024
- New graduate RNs begin orientation.
