Staffing Response Team Opportunities
Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is committed to a continued focus on quality patient outcomes and associate satisfaction. To meet this need, SRHS has expanded its nursing resource pool to allow for a system-wide Staffing Response Team. Leveraging this type of staffing model provides a consistent resource of highly skilled, flexible, and competent nursing associates to move among SRHS facilities support a variety of nursing units.

Staffing Response RN - Level 1
Hourly Rate: $45
- Minimum one year of RN experience
- Med-Surg/Telemetry or Critical Care
- Assigned based on daily staffing needs
- Facility specific required
- Add second facility by end of first year
Staffing Response RN - Level 2
Hourly Rate: $55
- Minimum one year of RN experience
- Med-Surg/Telemetry or Critical Care
- Full time
- Predictive staffing: allocated to facility and unit at least one week in advance
- Required to function as RN preceptor, as requested
- Minimum of three facilities below:
- Spartanburg, including:
- Spartanburg Medical Center – Church Street and Mary Black (Spartanburg, SC)
- Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care LTACH (Spartanburg, SC)
- Pelham Medical Center (Greer, SC)
- Union Medical Center (Union, SC)
- Cherokee Medical Center (Gaffney, SC)
- Spartanburg, including:
Staffing Response RN - Level 3
Hourly Rate: $65
- Minimum two years of RN experience
- Med-Surg/Telemetry or Critical Care
- Full time
- Assigned to facility and unit for average of 12-16 weeks
- Required to function as preceptor and charge nurse when needed
- Required to work at all facilities:
- Spartanburg, including:
- Spartanburg Medical Center – Church Street and Mary Black (Spartanburg, SC)
- Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care LTACH (Spartanburg, SC)
- Pelham Medical Center (Greer, SC)
- Union Medical Center (Union, SC)
- Cherokee Medical Center (Gaffney, SC)
- Spartanburg, including:
