Application Process

All Osteopathic Students must apply for clinical rotations through SRHS Medical Student Services. 
Prospective students must complete the following application process:

1. Complete the Student Elective Application.
2. Submit it to the Pre-Doc Coordinator via fax or email.
3. Once it is determined if the rotation is available; the Pre-Doc Coordinator will contact you with a rotation offer.
4. Once you accept the rotation offer, your medical school must submit the following documents to Medical Student Services no later than three weeks prior to the start of your rotation:
   • Verification of medical student academic standing
   • Liability Insurance
   • Annual PPD
   • Annual Immunizations
   • Annual Flu Vaccination
   • OSHA and HIPAA Training Completed
   • Background Check (with no adverse activity reported)
   • N95 Respirator Fit Testing
