We offer a variety of classes to suit the needs of athletes of all ages and stages of their fitness journey.
Cross Training for Adults
Cross-training classes are designed for adults who are already fit and want to go to the next level. Our group class format trains the whole person rather than focusing on specific muscle groups. Whether you are a weekend warrior running 5Ks or looking to improve your physical fitness level, our cross-training classes offer the structure you need. This program integrates fitness, injury prevention and a healthy mindset to help you reach your goals.
Our Performance Class is for adolescents ages 8 to 18 to build athletic skills and confidence in a group setting. The class options are:
- Performance Classes Age 8-13: Learn and master the fundamentals, including running technique, posture control, speed and agility. This class is 60 minutes long and designed to introduce and create a foundation of overall athleticism in a fun, positive and high success environment.
- Performance Classes Age 14-18: To make progress with performance, this longer and more intensive course is for those who have mastered the fundamentals. The focus of this 90-minute class is building skills, techniques, mechanics and ultimately preparing for college play. Formal strength and power conditioning are additional components in the competitive performance class.
Build strength, flexibility and balance during our weekly yoga classes.
Yoga increases flexibility, mobility, and range of motion which helps to protect athletes from injury and speeds recovery. This form of exercise decreases muscle soreness by lengthening the muscles, allowing for increased blood flow, therefore, more nutrient and oxygen delivery. Yoga focuses on diaphragmatic breathing, which increases oxygen uptake during exercise, helps improve circulation, and activates the parasympathetic nervous system for deep relaxation.

If you come here and watch, you can see they try and achieve small wins for each child, no matter their skill level. If you want to develop in a sport and professionally, this is the place to come."
